Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026.

Who we are

WilliNet, Inc., Community TV for Williamstown, operates this website. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the website, contact us, make a donation, or buy merchandise. Screenweave and other third-party applications may have separate privacy policies.

Information we receive

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address and message. When you place an order, the shop collects contact details, billing and shipping addresses, products ordered, and transaction information needed to process and support your purchase. Optional information, such as an order note or phone number, is identified in checkout.

The website and its service providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser/device details, requested pages and security logs. Cookies or similar technologies support features such as the shopping cart, checkout and signed-in sessions.

How information is used and shared

Order information is used to process payments, arrange printing and delivery, provide customer support, handle refunds and maintain transaction records. The shop uses WooCommerce to manage orders, WooPayments and its payment-service providers to process payments, and Printify and its fulfillment partners to produce and ship merchandise. Those providers receive information needed to perform their services. Payment details are handled through the payment provider's payment fields; WilliNet does not need your full card number to provide order support.

If you use a Givebutter donation form linked or embedded on this website, Givebutter processes the information you provide under the choices shown there and its privacy policy. Website hosting and technical-support providers may process website information to operate and maintain the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to investigate misuse or protect the service.

Embedded content and links

Videos, donation forms, calendars and links may connect you to other services. Those services may receive technical information or use their own cookies when their content loads or you interact with it. Their privacy policies govern how they use information they receive directly. Some technical information may be sent when embedded content loads, before you interact with it.

Your choices and requests

You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking essential cookies may prevent cart or checkout features from working. Contact us to ask about information associated with your orders or communications, or to request correction or deletion. We may need to confirm your identity and retain records needed for accounting, disputes or other legal obligations.

Service providers and data locations

Services involved in the website and shop include WordPress/WooCommerce, WooPayments and Stripe, Printify, and any donation or media provider whose form or player you use. Their processing may take place in the United States or other countries where they and their service providers operate.

Marketing choices

Buying merchandise does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. If newsletter signup is offered, it is a separate choice. Donation-form choices are managed through the donation provider.

Retention and security

The shop is configured to remove personal information from completed orders after seven years. Transaction and accounting records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, disputes or financial reporting. Other communications are retained as needed to respond to your request and maintain relevant records. Website administrators and service providers may access information as needed to operate and support these features. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
