Hands Free Law in effect in Massachusetts as of Feb. 23!

A new Massachusetts law banning use of hand-held devices while driving is now in effect. Drivers must use a hands-free device – such as Bluetooth or a phone mount – for calls and navigation. Violators will be subject to a $100 fine for the first offense.

Remember, hands off the phone, eyes on the road!

For everyone’s safety – comply with the law & help reduce crashes and road fatalities.
