The Affordable Housing Trust voted unanimously to suspend the DeMayo Mortgage Assistance Grant Program in order to allow for possible deployment of discretionary funds to assist renters & homeowners in Williamstown in response to COVID-19 financial fallout. AHT currently has approximately $20K in available funds. Discussion of the many questions raised on process, mechanisms, parameters. They met via conference call. AHT is scheduled to meet again at 5:30pm, Wed, April 8, 2020.
