nbCC Forum: Mental Health in our Community, 10am, Fri. Dec. 13 at First Congregational Church, Wtown

This will be a completely conversational forum on the subject of mental health in the community. Please bring your thoughts on:
1) How you define mental health and mental illness?
2) What are your experiences with mental health and mental illness in the community?
3) How do you manage and maintain your mental health?
We look to community members from all walks of life for this important Coalition meeting. The first half of the forum will be devoted to introductions and announcements and please bring your flyers for distribution. We hope to see you on Friday, December 13 from 10am to noon, at The Williamstown First Congregational Church, 906 Main Street in Williamstown.
For more info about this forum, contact Amber Besaw at nbCC, (413) 663-7588. Please note: The organizers of the Friendship Center Food Pantry ask friends who attend the nbCC forums throughout the year to please bring a healthy non-perishable food item for donation.
