The Eagles Band & Trombone Ensemble to perform FREE concert at 3pm, Sun, May 1 at First United Methodist Church, 55 Fenn St., P’field.

Selections include Alfred Reed’s “The Hounds of Spring,” Henry Fillmore’s “Miss Trombone,” and “Pixar Movie Magic” arranged by Michael Brown.  The Eagles Trombone Ensemble will start at 3pm followed by the concert band.

Donations are welcome, and there will be prize giveaways and a bake sale.

Additionally, for the health and safety of all, masks will be required.

Voter Registration Deadline for W’town Annual Town Election & Town Meeting – April 20, 2022

 This deadline applies to new voters only.  If you are already registered to vote, you do not have to register again.  The Town Clerk’s office will be open normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and additionally 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM.  Mail-in voter registration forms must be postmarked no later than April 20th.  Voter registration forms may also be returned via the drop box outside the front door at Town Hall or returned in person.  The drop box will be checked at 8:00 PM for any incoming registration forms. 

The Annual Town Election will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.   Voting will take place in the gymnasium of the Williamstown Elementary School.  Parking is available in the School Street Lot in the rear of the school (accessible only from School Street). Handicapped parking is also available in the School Street lot.  

Annual Town Meeting is Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 7:00 PM also in the Williamstown Elementary School gymnasium.  Voter check-in will take place in the cafeteria of the Elementary School beginning at 6:15 PM.  Parking is available in the School Street Lot in the rear of the school (accessible only from School Street).  Handicapped parking is also available in the School Street lot.

At this time, there is no vote by mail option for the Election but this could change as it is currently in legislation. 

Residents with questions regarding the status of their voter registration are urged to call the Town Clerk’s office, 413-458-3500 Ext. 101. Voters can also check their voter registration status and obtain additional voting information from the Secretary of State’s website at http://www.sec.state.ma.us/VoterRegistrationSearch/MyVoterRegStatus.aspx
