Voters can check-in starting at 6:30pm. Town Meeting begins at 7:00pm at Williamstown Elementary School in the gym. Town Warrant will be available a few weeks before meeting at Town Hall.

Nominations may be submitted HERE, or email to info@williamstowncommunitychest.org, or mailed to Williamstown Community Chest, PO Box 204, Williamstown, MA 01267. The award will be presented at W’town Annual Town Meeting at WES on Tues., May 19, 2026.
The Committee will select a recipient who has demonstrated integrity, excellence, and dedication in community service for the benefit of the Town of Williamstown. Nominators should provide a narrative of accomplishments in support of their nominee.
The deadline for nominations is Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
This Award is a result of the merger of the Faith R. Scarborough Award and the Williamstown Community Chest Volunteer of the Year Award.
