Commissioners vote to rescind $1.5 million budget after Casella w/drew option to truck sludge from other communities to HWQD for composting & distribution elsewhere. MA recently extended by 2 yrs the District's option to continue to compost District's sludge. Meeting took place at N. Adams City Council Chambers to accommodate public & hear their comments.

Scarborough, Salomon, Flynt Community Service Award Plaque Presentation to Select Board 5.12.25
WilliNet presents plaque honoring the first 9 recipients of the Scarborough, Salomon, Flynt Community Service Award to the Select Board. Nine years ago, the Faith Scarborough Community Service Award was consolidated with 3 Community Chest annual awards that also recognized volunteerism, citizenship & community service, into the Scarborough, Salomon, Flynt Community Service Award. Plaque now hangs in entry way of Town Hall next to the Faith R. Scarborough memorial & plaque honoring the 1982-2015 recipients.
