The Clark teams up with the Williams College Music Department for a special presentation, 'In a Sound Place.' The Williams Percussion Ensemble (WiPE) have found new ways to come together and create. The works in this program are the result of their efforts to make music together despite social distancing, and in spite of the technological constraints of the medium through which we are all communicating these days. This music explores their individual spaces and acoustics, new temporalities, and the very specific physical objects at their disposal with which they can make sound.
