SB Chair Patton "alerts public" of complaint regarding employee conduct in "another Town department" resulting in 2 resignations by Town employees. "We are in the midst of an investigation." SB declines to identify the Town dept. or answer reporter questions about the nature of the complaint. Jeffrey Thomas to vacate his seat in May, leaving 1 year remaining of his Select Board term. Nomination papers will be available Feb. 1. Contact Town Clerk Nicole Pedercini at npederncini@williamstownma.gov if interested in running for "3 year Select Board seat w/ 1 year remaining" and a 3 year seat, currently held by Anne O'Connor. Local election day is Tues, May 11, 2021.
